At CPAP Machines Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and unwashed apparel. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
